The Site describes our services and platforms and lets you ask for a 30-minute gap review. It is not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement between you and DigiFortex, and if that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to those services.

The pages, articles and other material on the Site are general information about security, privacy and compliance. They are not legal, regulatory, security or other professional advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on them as such. Laws, standards and threats change, and material on the Site may not be current.

When you send the booking form you are asking us to contact you. It does not oblige you to buy anything, and it does not oblige us to provide a service. We will reply by email to arrange a time.

Please give accurate details and only details you are entitled to share. We handle them as described in our privacy notice.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system
• probe, scan or test the security of the Site without our written permission
• introduce malware or anything else intended to damage or disrupt the Site
• copy or collect content from the Site by automated means in a way that burdens it or misuses the content
• send false, misleading or unlawful information through the booking form

If you believe you have found a security problem on the Site, please tell us at info@digifortex.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.

The text, design, illustrations, logos and other material on the Site belong to DigiFortex or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or sell material from the Site without our written permission.

Names, logos and trademarks of other organisations shown on the Site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those organisations sponsor or endorse this Site.

The Site links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, social media and map providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, free of errors or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, DigiFortex is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies.

We may change the Site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last updated. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site or these terms, subject to any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.
